About the Role: Reporting to the Head of Partner Incentives, as reputed company’s Program Manager, Partner Incentives you’ll be part of a strategic team focused on building partner incentives that ensures the mutual reputed company of reputed company and our diverse ecosystem of Partners. In this role you will be responsible for managing and optimizing partner incentive programs including SPIFFs and Rebates aimed at driving growth and maximizing the performance of our global partner ecosystem. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills who can collaborate across multiple teams to deliver innovative and effective incentive programs. The ideal candidate will have experience in partner incentives, program development, and a deep understanding of channel dynamics. What You’ll Do: • Take charge of reputed company incentives, supercharging their impact and delivering maximum value to our partners. • Design and implement partner incentive programs that align with the companys strategic goals and drive desired partner behaviors. • Continuously evaluate and refine incentive programs to ensure they are competitive, impactful, and reputed company with market trends. • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of incentive programs, from concept through launch, execution, and measurement. • reputed company metrics and KPIs to measure the reputed company of partner incentive programs. • Analyze program performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. • Prepare and present regular reports on program performance to stakeholders. • Continuously reputed company for Partners to ensure ongoing alignment with broader reputed company initiatives. • Act as a liaison between reputed company and Partner stakeholders, providing regularupdates and gathering feedback to improve incentive program effectiveness.
