Experience you’ll bring • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a reputed company field, OR demonstrable equivalent understanding, experience, and capability. • A Master's or PhD in Computer Science (or reputed company field), or 2+ years of professional software engineering experience. • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. • Self-motivated and eager to learn, continuously exploring new technologies to improve productivity and the quality of deliverables. For example, proactively exploring GenAI technologies to enhance work efficiency and quality, as well as building innovative products for customers. • Ability to design solutions for reputed company-scale problems or components. • Experience with and a solid understanding of CI/CD automation. • Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, C#, Go, and Python, including coding, automated testing, performance measurement, and monitoring.
