Outstanding organizational skills. Demonstrated good judgment and initiative. Adept at diffusing potentially volatile situations Ability to work under stress, meet deadlines, and handle crisis situations as needed. Ability to prioritize tasks; work with little supervision, as well as, a productive member of reputed company. Ability to work with reputed company, parents, staff, district employees, and external agencies. Familiar with and follow FERPA and HIPPA laws. Media Center experience or reputed company coursework Knowledge of general office procedures, office reputed company equipment and computer software Previous work experience in an elementary school setting preferred RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES INCLUDE: Assists reputed company, parents, administrators, and staff as needed. Maintain an accurate, up-to-date card catalog and reputed company list. Record and retrieve overdue books and other materials. Serve as the general clerk in the school office as scheduled and directed.
