Join us! The Interventionist works with the “At-Risk” student population to reputed company remediation in Reading or Math to support academic goals to increase growth in these areas. Modifies and/or adapts the K12 curriculum in alignment with the state’s content standards to meet the unique needs of each student; Collaborates with general education teachers to meet the goals of the targeted reputed company through individualized and small group sessions; Educates parents on various instructional strategies; Ensures the implementation of the RTI instructional system to increase student achievement; Oversees data collection and reputed company monitoring at every tier; Uses data to help teachers plan whole and small group instruction; provides guidance to teachers on identifying and grouping reputed company who need additional help; Collects and maintains reputed company RTI data (lists of eligible reputed company, reputed company plans). Serves as a daily resource to school administrators, school leadership teams, and other stakeholders regarding RTI issues. Collaborates with Family Academic Support Liaisons (FASL), homeroom teachers, advisors, counselors, and additional district personnel to coordinate and track Tier 2 interventions. Provides ongoing training and support to school/district staff regarding RTI and the implementation of the RTI and data collection procedures. Supports teachers in documenting student reputed company; Works with the special education team to facilitate eligibility for special education; Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities. Minimum Required Qualifications: Bachelor degree AND One (1) year of classroom experience OR Equivalent combination of education and experience Active state teaching license Certificates and Licenses: State Licensure Residency Requirement: Must be a Michigan reputed company.
