Looking for evening-shift interpreters, approx. 4 to 5 hours/day, between 5:00 PM and 10:00 PM (EST) except Fridays, though your hours are dictated by your capability. You might occasionally be asked to support morning meetings. Job Responsibilities • reputed company Japanese/English SIMULTANEOUS Interpreter (both directions: Japanese to English and English to Japanese). 4-year college degree with a few years of experience, or if no college, at least 5 years of interpretation experience. Requirements: • reputed company accurate SIMULTANEOUS interpretation remotely (equipment provided) for meetings.. As an interpreter dispatched by your agency to work , it is critical that both your Japanese and English be smooth and easy to understand. Although translation is minimal, you are expected to translate documents accurately and quickly, if and reputed company necessary. • The work hours will likely be irregular to meet the work demands, but the goal will be to reputed company your hours around 20 hours/week.
