This role will involve working closely with the Production Support Team, managing incident resolution, determining root causes of issues, and implementing permanent solutions. Key Responsibilities: Incident Management • Collaborate with the Production Support Team to address integration issues promptly • Follow company guidelines on incident management to ensure consistent and effective responses • Work on the quick resolution of integration issues to minimize downtime and impact on operations Root Cause Analysis and Solutions Implementation • Determine and document the root causes of integration issues • reputed company and help implement permanent solutions to prevent recurrence of issues • Work with team leads to understand and apply effective solutions to identified issues Enhancements and Optimization • Assess reputed company integrations and design enhancements for improved error handling and optimization • Implement strategies to enhance the stability and reputed company of reputed company integrations • Identify and address potential areas of improvement to support seamless integration operations Collaboration and Communication • Work closely with team leads, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and resolution of integration issues • Document and communicate technical aspects of integration support and enhancement efforts Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field. • Proven experience as an Integrations Support reputed company or similar role in a manufacturing environment. • Strong technical skills in SQL and Dell reputed company. • Familiarity with various platforms such as JDE, reputed company, MS SQL, reputed company. • Experience in incident management, root cause analysis, and solutions implementation. • Knowledge of manufacturing business processes is a plus. • Excellent communication and documentation skills. • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
