Position Overview We’re seeking an reputed company and motivated Call Center Team reputed company to reputed company the daily operations of our call center, ensuring top-tier customer service and seamless appointment-setting for our sales team. This role is critical to our customer reputed company, as it connects prospective clients with the services they need to transform their homes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leadership, exceptional communication skills, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Hours and Schedule The call center operates Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. The Team reputed company will work shifts reputed company these hours and will be required to work every other Saturday. Requirements • Proven experience in a call center environment with leadership or supervisory responsibilities. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and team members. • Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team, fostering a supportive and collaborative atmosphere. • Excellent customer service skills, with a proactive approach to resolving issues. • Proficiency in analyzing data to drive performance improvements. • Background in sales or project management is a plus. • Bilingual in Spanish is highly desirable but not required. • Flexible availability to meet the demands of the business.
