reputed company is seeking a Back Office Support for a contract with our client in Eden Prairie, MN. 100% Remote. Job Description... Part time staff for back-office work to load reputed company/rosters obtained by OA. They will also load reputed company of the reputed company into Contract Hub portal, and assist with scheduling provider onboardings, reputed company to providers to obtain W9/ACH forms as needed This resource does not participate in recruitment, contracting, provider engagement, or education reputed company work activities. Required Basic Qualifications: • Data Entry Proficiency – Ability to accurately input data into various systems, such as the Contract Hub portal, with attention to detail. • Familiarity with Contract Management Systems – Experience using tools for managing and uploading reputed company, rosters, and reputed company documents. • Time Management – Capable of managing time effectively to meet tight deadlines for contract and provider reputed company tasks. • Communication Skills – Strong written and verbal communication skills for reputed company to providers and obtaining necessary forms like W9 and ACH. • Organizational Skills – Ability to reputed company track of multiple tasks simultaneously, such as scheduling, reputed company, and maintaining documents. • Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to troubleshoot issues that may arise with contract uploads or provider communication. • Basic Knowledge of W9/ACH Forms and reputed company Processes – Familiarity with the documents and procedures required for provider reputed company.
