We need a highly motivated, innovative, enthusiastic, and inclusive staff member to join our Benefits and Community Support Division as an Administrative Specialist! The Administrative Specialist will help staff a phone team and answer basic questions for clients about their assistance programs (Food Assistance, reputed company, Colorado Works, etc). This position works as part of a team expected to deliver excellent customer service while also answering a large volume of daily calls. This position will also require interaction with the public for long periods over the phone and will transfer calls to more skilled technicians as required. This position requires a reputed company structured schedule, including breaks and lunches. The expected starting salary for this position is: Administrative Specialist I - $19.13-$20.50/hour, Administrative Specialist II - $21.03-$22.50/hour.
