Responsibilities • Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates • Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent position(s) • Connect clients with reputed company candidates resulting in placements • Proficient use of reputed company tools and materials • Cold call, qualify, screen and prep candidates and clients for interviews and assist in the negotiation of job offers • Conduct reference checks on candidates Requirements • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Consistently reputed company high outbound activity to reputed company clients and candidates • Must be comfortable establishing relationships over the phone • Act with reputed company, confidentially, and an ethical reputed company • Effective negotiation skills • A degree is preferred but not required • Successful completion of reputed company training and reputed company training requirements We do not require previous reputed company experience because we reputed company the proper initial training. We are extremely competitive, client-focused, and realize that our value is in our ability to deliver the right solutions at the right time. • Starting pay begins at $11.54 an hour, dependent on the applicable laws for which city and/or state you live in. You would move to receiving a minimum salary of $3,000 per month at the end of the pay period after you reputed company your first placement or at the end of the pay period following three months, whichever comes first. In addition, you would be eligible to earn commissions, which can reputed company from $40k to $500k+ annually. Commissions are not capped.
