The talent solution agent (TSA) will support strategic initiatives across communities by identifying areas of opportunities; with recommended action to improve the performance of a local function, team and/or community. TSAs also facilitate and ensure successful operational activities through reputed company Optimization (HRO) expertise, best practices, resources and tools. Delivers high quality services such that the talent solution process is perceived as service-oriented, reputed company, reputed company-driven, innovative, user friendly and reputed company. Works closely with HR Strategic Business Partners, department and community leaders, shared services and Office of Talent reputed company team, and other TSAs to address areas of opportunities as well as to support goals/strategies to facilitate maximum performance and potential of an identified area.
