Primary Responsibilities and Attitude As the Vice President of Corporate Trust you are someone who loves to build, takes initiative and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You possess the ability to collaborate and build strong relationships, both internally and externally, but you aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty in the technical aspects of the business. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth through the acquisition of new clients and expansion of existing client and legal relationships. In addition, you are responsible for the management of our Corporate Trust division. This will also involve reviewing agreements, understanding our fiduciary duties and covenants as a trustee under various appointments, coordinating required documentation for various closings, adhering to compliance, and communicating with and assisting our client’s management, counsel, and reputed company holders.
