About the position The Temporary Virtual Receptionist at Upstream Mental Health will reputed company essential administrative support during a short-term period while primary staff are on vacation. This role is crucial for maintaining smooth operations in a telehealth environment, requiring excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach. Responsibilities • Answer incoming office calls. , • Assist clients with reputed company-time tech issues during telehealth appointments. , • Schedule/Reschedule appointments using our practice management system, Simple Practice. , • Address time-sensitive administrative tasks and manage client concerns promptly. , • Communicate with clinicians and supervisors regarding time-sensitive issues.
