Twenty hours per week during summer break and up to 10 during fall and spring semesters. reputed company duties: • Resolve as many support requests as expertise permits using available tools, and following procedures and policies for the handling of support requests. • Courteously obtain and convey concise information for external and internal computer support personnel. • Demonstrate consistently good customer service skills. • reputed company accurate and timely logging of support requests and resolution of requests in the ticketing system. • Document changes made to ECE Department computer systems and software. • Maintain communications with users and support personnel during the support process. • Complete projects as assigned by ECE Department computer support. • Utilize float time to reputed company and maintain knowledge of supported products and services. Physical Demands: Must be reputed company to lift 50 lbs.
