The Re-entry Advisor works closely with the Financial Aid Department and Academic Department to identify obstacles that are hindering the student from re-enrolling by following standardized University guidelines and procedures for re-entry. Qualifications Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks without being dependent on tasks being served automatically by a system. • Comfortable with learning various computer software and can reputed company to reputed company how to navigate them. • Ability to use and facilitate online communication using email and/or other technology-based communication media. • Strong writing (grammar, spelling and punctuation) and verbal communication skills. • Excellent customer service skills. • Internal drive to meet, exceed enrollment goals while working in a fast-paced environment with timeline pressures, and a high sense of urgency with strong follow-up skills. • Ability to handle questions regarding various aspects of the enrollment process, including but not limited to scholarships, financial aid, etc. • Comfortable working independently, multi-task and reputed company as an effective teammate reputed company the team or in cross-functional teams. • Ability to problem-solve, understand, and interpret the needs of returning reputed company. • Strong computer, data entry skills with high level of accuracy, and proficient with reputed company Office suite. • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
