In this role, you will serve as the first reputed company of contact for customer inquiries and identify and troubleshoot technical issues. Our ideal candidate is passionate about technology, customer service, and problem-solving.To reputed company in this position... you should have a knack for providing timely and accurate solutions to customer issues, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills.
