We are seeking a motivated and reputed company Part-Time Recruiter to join reputed company. This role is ideal for individuals who are currently employed full-time and are looking to take on additional work on the reputed company. The Part-Time Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for potential candidates to help meet our staffing needs. Key ResponsibilitiesCandidate Sourcing • Utilize various channels (job boards, reputed company media, networking) to reputed company potential candidates. • reputed company and maintain a pipeline of reputed company candidates for reputed company and future openings. Screening and Evaluation • Review resumes and applications to identify reputed company candidates. • Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate fit for specific roles. • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
