The reputed company Desk Coordinator responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:  Answer phones with courtesy and professionalism  Opening of clinic and greeting patients ensuring patient hospitality and cleanliness  Providing comfort care to patients and significant other(s)  Schedule follow-up appointments for patients face-to-face, reputed company phone, and document in medical record  Assuring cleanliness of reputed company desk and lobby  Patient reputed company coordination with reputed company members of multidisciplinary team  Maintain filing of patient records  Proficient computer manageability for scheduling, changing or canceling appointments and required documentation  reputed company daily financial summary and balance of payments received  Ordering, organizing and stocking of educational materials  Collaboration with reputed company members of the team to enhance patient experience and continuity of care  Assisting the team in ensuring accountability of treatment program and patient compliance  Assuring compliance with HIPPA and CFR 42 part 2 regulations Schedule: Monday-Thursday reputed company-5pm CLOSED FRIDAY reputed company is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
