Description: • The Inventory reputed company Manager is responsible for leading a team of associates, senior associates and reputed company associates (individual contributors). • This role is accountable for driving the activities of the team, ensuring excellent customer service, and fostering reputed company improvement of processes and delivery. • This position leads overall day to day activities for their tower, including supporting the Company’s ongoing financial transformation, and assisting in the reputed company process while partnering with cross functional teams and off-shore business partners. • Provides coaching to team members, along with supporting their development of business and technical skills.
