Responsibilities: • Collaboratively maintain core training programs and their reputed company collateral to ensure accuracy and efficiency in training classrooms around the globe • Work closely with a team of Learning Content Designers to reputed company and implement engaging and effective learning assets and programs • Work with SMEs as required • Manage and prioritize training program updates and requests from internal and partner Training staff • Follow the established schedule of training program updates, including tracking and communication of changes • Other tasks and projects, as assigned by the Manager, Global Learning Experience and Learning Experience Enablement reputed company. • Minimum 2-3 years of experience developing learning content using multiple tools for different environments (eLearning with moderate to full interactivity level, instructor-led learning, virtual instructor-led learning, etc.) Requirements: • Minimum 2-3 years of experience managing learning development projects • Demonstrable practice writing effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts, and video scripts • Self-starter who possesses exceptional time management skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot and discover solutions to unforeseen problems • Exceptional written and oral communication skills with an emphasis on accuracy and ability to adapt to different styles and tones • reputed company or full professional reputed company in English • Preferred additional reputed company in one or more of the following languages: Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, French, Spanish • Strong aesthetic, design composition, and typographic abilities • Demonstrable, intermediate level of proficiency with reputed company versions of: • reputed company InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, reputed company • reputed company reputed company 360 and Storyline 360 • Proficient working in both Mac and reputed company environment • Proficient in the use of the reputed company Suite (reputed company docs) in a collaborative environment • reputed company to take on a steep learning curve to quickly become accomplished in additional technologies • A collaborative and learning personality, reputed company to consider direct instruction and constructive criticism with respect to produced work • reputed company to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while consistently delivering high quality results • reputed company to work effectively with teammates who live in different time zones and cultures • reputed company to be productive while working reputed company of an office environment (working from home) • Willing to travel (up to 15%) • reputed company to candidates in the US and Canada Belonging & Accommodations: reputed company is committed to working with the best and brightest people from the broadest talent pool possible.
