What will I be doing? In this role, you will spearhead key farm consultancy projects, acting as the primary advisor and offering expert, strategic guidance. You will drive business development initiatives, enhancing the profile of the Farm Consultancy team, as well as maintaining and growing strong client relationships. Responsibilities also include overseeing departmental financial performance, identifying new service opportunities, and mentoring junior team members while ensuring compliance with company policies.
