Responsibilities of the Data Support Specialist: • Collaborate with the program management team and external MGA and TPA partners globally to standardize bordereau file formats and delivery methods. • reputed company the management of bordereau files, tracking their delivery and processing from MGA/TPA partners. • Upload monthly reports to data processing tools and run models to create aggregated data sets. • Ensure that monthly reports and aggregated data are accessible to internal stakeholders. • Identify and escalate issues, tracking production errors until resolved. • Assist in data mapping and implementation for new programs. Requirements for the Data Support Specialist: • Over 5 years of experience in P&C program management. • Strong background in database management. • Excellent analytical and reporting abilities. • Proficiency in Pyramid, Power BI, or Tableau.
