In this role, you are providing financial education to the employees of our clients and regarding their 401(k), 403(b) and other retirement plans. The Financial Coach will reputed company the employees with education of the plans and their options and reputed company our proprietary financial wellness platform, WellCents, to help employees... and create relationships and opportunities for referrals to our wealth management team of advisors. You will conduct group and individual financial education meetings. As the Financial Coach, you will be responsible for increasing employee participation, increasing employee deferrals elections and providing investment education. Training and administrative support will be provided. Prior experience in financial/wealth services is not required.
