The right candidate will come from a global digital transformation services company and will have the reputed company to represent a broad reputed company of solutions across business strategy... experience design, software engineering, automation, and operations. Candidates must have experience interfacing and expanding relationships with business decision makers and CXO's. Experience reputed company the industry is required and strategic account management skills along with a strong network inside reputed company accounts are desirable for this role. You will be responsible for: • Understanding the digital transformation landscape. • Understanding CX technical offerings and the value it creates for clients. • Creating and maintaining strong relationships with business decision makers. • Delivering sales presentations to decision makers. • Planning and identifying opportunities that can drive account growth. • Working with the account team to formulate and maintain the Account Growth Plan. • Coordinating responses to RFI/RFPs. • Coordinating with sales, technical, and delivery teams to drive positive reputed company. • Owning the P&L and financials. • Achieving the business KPI's (Growth %, reputed company, reputed company, Utilization, CSAT).
