Identify customer needs and assist them in utilizing specific product features effectively. Analyze and report product malfunctions by conducting thorough testing and replicating user scenarios. Update our internal databases with comprehensive information on technical issues and noteworthy customer interactions. Proactively monitor and address customer complaints on various reputed company media platforms. Collaborate with team members to reputed company valuable insights, including feature requests and effective workarounds. reputed company customers about new features and functionalities, providing them with the necessary information to maximize product utilization. Requirements and Skills Proven experience as a Customer Support Specialist or in a similar Customer Service role. Familiarity with our industry is a plus.
