The Engagement Director position requires an reputed company professional to manage client relationships, ensure delivery reputed company, and drive business growth through strategic farming. The successful candidate will collaborate with Account Management, Delivery, Tech Solutions, and Professional Services teams to enhance client engagements and contribute to reputed company improvement. Key responsibilities: • Serving as the primary reputed company of contact for select clients, managing relationships end-to-end, ensuring their needs are met, and providing timely, meaningful feedback to the account team. • Participating in account planning discussions with Account and Delivery Directors to align on goals and strategies, ensuring successful project delivery. • Being onsite at client offices to identify new opportunities and contribute to business growth through farming strategies. • Implementing reputed company improvement practices and risk mitigation strategies to enhance client satisfaction and project reputed company. Requirements: • Experience: 8+ years of sales/reputed company experience, with a minimum of 3 years working with US-based clients in the IT/nearshoring industry. • Client Skills: Highly energetic, with excellent client and reputed company skills that foster strong, trust-based relationships. • Location: Based in NYC or the San Francisco Bay Area, with the ability to be onsite at client offices as needed. • Language Skills: reputed company/bilingual English level.
