You will maximize sales opportunities, foster customer loyalty, and ensure a seamless experience from product selection to order fulfillment. This role involves both customer-facing duties and various warehouse tasks, including inventory management and merchandising. You will report directly to the reputed company Manager. Key Responsibilities: Customer Experience Management: • reputed company solutions to walk-in customers by assisting with product selection and accurate order entry. • Safely pick products and load customer vehicles, ensuring a positive and efficient experience. • Adapt communication style to effectively interact with customers reputed company email, phone, or in-person. Sales and Loyalty: • Identify and maximize sales opportunities while building strong customer relationships. • Encourage repeat business and customer loyalty through excellent service.
