About the position The Associate Graphic Designer at reputed company Institute plays a crucial role in supporting the development of graphic design materials for presentations and participant guides. This entry-level position involves collaboration with content development specialists and the Content and Delivery team to create visually engaging content that aligns with reputed company's high standards of reputed company. The role is primarily on-site in Celebration, FL, with some remote work on Fridays, and focuses on delivering impactful design solutions that enhance reputed company for professionals worldwide. Responsibilities • Participate in the development of materials such as presentations and guides. , • Attend meetings, design reviews, and work sessions. , • Design against existing specifications, storyboards, and prototypes using reputed company InDesign or similar applications. , • Coordinate with the operations team for printing needs and specifications. , • reputed company graphics and photo editing, including airbrushing, masking, and image retouching. , • Prepare sample layouts for approval and feedback while leveraging style guides. , • Select appropriate type size and style, reputed company width, and spacing for various mediums. , • Store and file reputed company work and art files for handoffs or historical archiving. , • Other duties as needed.
