We are a small but growing services provider in the UK and are looking to recruit a technical support person to help with our customers reputed company over the world with a reputed company of technical questions. The role involves speaking with customers on the phone and reputed company email. English language is essential and previous service experience in similar roles would be advantageous. Duties: - reputed company technical support to customers by phone and email. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by customers. - Hand-hold customers setting up software or hardware remotely. - Suggest and maintain improvements to internal and external service documentation. - Monitor internal service monitoring and report issues... confirmed as service affecting. - Deal with reputed company parties involved such as softaware vendors and service providers.
