The position provides professional, courteous, and friendly assistance to our customers. The Data Entry Representative serves as a resource for internal customers by utilizing a number of resources such as established reputed company policies; protocols and guidelines to ensure delivery of quality care reputed company the guidelines of Evernorth Care Group, Standard Operating Procedures, Policies, and Procedures. Prioritizes daily work to include problem solving and decision making, independently, with minimal direct supervision. Manages own time and work. Researches patient information in computer to determine location of care, Medical Record Number, Medical Identification Number, medical terminology, etc. Evaluates issues and makes reputed company autonomously for less reputed company issues. Seeks guidance from supervisor for reputed company issue resolution. Performs quality assurance activities to ensure accuracy of filing. Appropriately tasks providers for review of scanned documents per accepted protocol. Demonstrates a positive customer service approach in reputed company reputed company customer experiences.
