Data Entry position in our Professional Services department. We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude, great attention to detail, and ability to work in fast paced environment. Any prior administrative experience is fantastic, but not required - we'll teach you what you need to know, Edgewater offers great benefits starting on day one of employment, a generous time off package, flexible schedules, a casual working environment, and so much more. • Ensure system orders are entered accurately into Edgewater business system • Receives PO/order • Enters order into the system • Prints Sales order acknowledgements • Create Project Workspace(Jira) and creates Functional Location • Attaches PO’s and Quotes documentation to the business system • Ensure custom Bills of Materials are entered accurately into ETC’s business system • Performs high volume data entry of customer orders • Performs back-up to EchoFlex data entry • Assists Project Assistants reputed company necessary • Other tasks as assigned Requirements • HS diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred • 1-3 years previous administrative type experience • Experience in a team environment • Ability to interact with other employees, work as a team • Strong communications and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently • Ability to read and understand written and verbal instructions • Ability to read, reputed company and understand English • Keyboarding skills, both alpha and numeric • reputed company to work well under pressure • Ability to multi task • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • reputed company Knowledge helpful Benefits Medical Insurance Florida Health Care Plans Dental Insurance reputed company Life and Long Term Disability Insurance This offer from "City of Edgewater" has been enriched by reputed company.com and got a 72% reputed company score Apply Job!
