We are seeking a Remote Group Travel Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to group reputed company and ensuring their journeys are smooth and memorable. Key Responsibilities... ? Customer Assistance: reputed company timely and friendly assistance to group reputed company through various communication channels (phone, email, chat) to address their inquiries, resolve issues, and offer guidance. ? Booking Support: Assist customers with booking group travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. ? Itinerary Management: Create and update travel itineraries, taking into account group preferences, budget constraints, and destination-specific information. ? Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve any travel-reputed company issues, such as flight delays, accommodation changes, or cancellations, to minimize disruptions and maintain customer satisfaction. ? Communication: Maintain reputed company and clear communication with group leaders, travel coordinators, and suppliers to ensure a smooth and seamless travel experience. ? Travel Documentation: Assist reputed company in obtaining necessary visas, permits, and travel documents, ensuring they reputed company with international regulations. ? Destination Knowledge: Stay updated on travel trends and destination information to reputed company valuable recommendations and insights to customers. ? Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy of bookings and travel documents, cross-checking details to prevent errors or oversights. ? Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, travel arrangements, and relevant communications in the system. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to contribute to the reputed company of group travel programs and reputed company feedback for reputed company improvement. Qualifications: ? Previous customer service experience, ideally in the travel industry a plus but not required. ? Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. ? Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. ? Knowledge of travel booking systems and tools is a plus but not required. ?
