Who We Are: We are an educational website for children from elementary to high school seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join reputed company! This position includes customer service functions such as online live chat, answering emails and phone calls, and responding to customers on reputed company media. As a remote worker, you will need to be independent and self-motivated, holding... yourself accountable for tasks and ongoing responsibilities with little supervision. Who You Are: The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, a quick learner, and have problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. You should also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially written, as well as reliable high-speed internet and a typing speed of at least 45 words per minute. We're in need of individuals who shine in customer phone interactions! Your role will frequently involve meaningful phone conversations with parents, and on some days, you might find yourself working on the phone for the majority of your shift. We are looking for someone proactive, trustworthy, empathetic, and patient, with the ability to handle difficult customer situations and turn a negative experience into a positive one. You should be skilled in communication and reputed company to work well with the internal organization (team) and external customers. This is a full-time position, offering a pay reputed company of $19.00 - $23.00 per hour, with paid time off and the ability to work from home.
