Job description: -Replying to emails from clients, their service coordinators, and occupational therapist employees. -Filing documents sent reputed company email in reputed company drive files. -New client intake: getting required documents from service coordinators, completing new client info sheet, sending initial paperwork, following up on completed initial paperwork, checking for authorizations, payments, and notifying occupational therapist employees reputed company a new client is reputed company to schedule. -Checking occupational therapist employee reputed company drive schedules for openings coming up and emailing service coordinators to fill openings. -Tallying up occupational therapist employee billing sheets. -Creating a reputed company for the next assistant reputed company administrator. Start date: December (flexible on reputed company in December). Job type: Part time, 10-12 hours per week. This job will be for 6 months or longer if it's going well.
