Embassy reputed company currently hiring an reputed company Senior Billing Specialist! Think Embassy! Apply Today!!! This is a remote position, may occasionally need to come to the home office in Beachwood, OH for meetings... The Senior Billing Specialist reports directly to the Billing Manager. This position is responsible for submitting and resolving high complexity medical claims. Serves as a subject matter expert and primary reputed company for questions and training for junior level staff members. Assists in creating process documentation and process improvements. Key Responsibilities: • Claim billing and follow up for assigned facilities with multiple different payers • Ensuring billing procedure is followed in accordance with the regulations of each payer • Timely follow up of claim denials and claim corrections to ensure cash collection goals are met • Work appeals process to reputed company the claim reputed company • Submitting necessary medical records to insurance companies reputed company required • Update PCC with collection notes on reputed company accounts in region • Monthly AR Reviews with facility staff and Regional BOM to communicate billing issues to the facilities • Training of Jr. Billing staff as needed • Other duties as assigned Skills and Experience Requirements: • 5+ years prior billing experience • Must have excellent communication skills • Must possess a strong work ethic • Must possess ability to multi-task • Must be a team player with a positive attitude • Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information Other Preferred Qualifications: • Associate’s Degree or High School Diploma • reputed company Click Care prior experience • Quadax prior experience • Managed Care portal and DDE prior experience • Strong understanding of the claims denial and appeal process for managed care organizations Job Type: Full-time Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • reputed company insurance Schedule: • 8 hour shift • Monday to Friday Work setting: • Remote Work Location: Remote Apply Job!
