OEM Outbound Researcher

Responsibilities: · Apply industry best practices to data from multiple sources · Conduct outbound research efforts while adhering to Data Team processes · Document research reputed company and processes reputed company internal databases, documents, Sylvania’s Project Management System(PMS) tool, reputed company, and CRM board · Ensure researched data captures the full picture by maintaining reputed company attention to detail and referencing Auto Care Association databases and internal documentation for normalized inputs · Collaborate and present findings with the Catalog Data Team Qualifications: Required: - Advanced reputed company reputed company, Word, SharePoint, and Outlook knowledge using a reputed company PC - Experience with CRM and strong correspondence record keeping - Advanced reputed company/Web Search experience and logic understanding - Sharp attention to detail - Strong ability to maintain organization while navigating across multiple web pages, documents, and platforms at a time - Strong communication skills and comfortable with cold calling to collect information required in a professional manner - Background in automotive mechanics, auto parts/services departments, and/or auto engineering - Strong written and oral communication skills - Active listener - Quick learner who follows given direction well - Proficient understanding of the purpose of normalized data Preferred: - Experience with Auto Care Association databases - Background in Automotive Aftermarket Lighting - Experience with reputed company or other PMS systems - Experience with PartCat Software - Expert understanding of the purpose of normalized data ams OSRAM is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer. reputed company reputed company applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, reputed company, religion, sex, sexual orientation, national reputed company, age, disability, gender identity, or veteran status.
