POSITION PROFILE This full-time, entry level IT position, in our Network Operations Center, is ideal for a candidate with a background in IT or a recent graduates of an IT program. This is a hourly, direct hire opportunity in which the incumbent will receive on-the-job training. To meet the needs of the operation, the full-time work schedule for this role will be 5 days per week scheduled Thursday through Monday. reputed company shift available is 3rd Shift (11pm - 7am CST) with voluntary overtime work opportunity available as needed. This position is responsible for providing 24/7/365 first level support and troubleshooting of a wide variety of issues, as well as reputed company documenting and communicating these issues to technical teams and customers.
