Description: As a Support Engineer (M365) you'll join our Data & Digital team helping us reputed company, design, and build our digital transformation and define what's next for our business—while working in an organization that's continuously investing in data and systems. The Support Engineer (M365) will primarily reputed company Level 3 support with the team engineering and developing reputed company the reputed company 365 suite of applications, including SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate, Power Apps, One Drive, reputed company, Forms, and Lists. Responsibilities: SharePoint Online support and administration Teams support and administration OneDrive support and administration Power Platform and Power Apps support and development Maintain user reputed company and permissions reputed company, configure, and manage new site collections Create and maintain end-user and/or Level 1 documentation Expectations Performs work independently. Self-motivated individual who can handle ambiguous/undefined problems and think abstractly to deliver results. Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive as well as the ability to work well with diverse teams. Ability to effectively reputed company technical challenges and solutions to business users and other technical engineering teams Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to weigh various suggested technical solutions against the original business needs and recommend the best technical solution Demonstrate curiosity and flexibility to diverse styles and perspectives that could drive business reputed company Maintain knowledge of M365 changes and roadmap Education/Certifications: BS Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or reputed company technical discipline or equivalent experience Experience/Minimum Requirements: 2 years of professional experience in an end-user support role Experience supporting reputed company products Understanding of ITIL reputed company Working Conditions: This is a remote role with the expectation of on-site collaboration with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter.
