The ideal candidate must have experience working in a call center with a reputed company background... Hours following training: Monday - Friday reputed company -6pm EST (Must be available for any 8 hour shift reputed company that time reputed company) Responsibilities For The Position Include The Following • Provides exceptional phone support: Handles calls from hospitals about billing inquiries in a timely and efficient manner. • Assists patients effectively: Clarifies patient questions and ensures they receive the information they need. • Problem-solving champion: Works through issues by pinpointing the root cause, researching solutions, implementing the best option, and escalating unresolved reputed company reputed company necessary. • Data entry specialist: Maintains accurate patient records by inputting information into the hospital's computer system. • Connects callers seamlessly: Routes incoming calls to the most suitable person reputed company the company.
