Missouri’s Manufacturing team is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Manager for reputed company. The primary responsibility is for the management of reputed company TMR functions, including T/M relations, sensing, and investigations support. Additionally, this position provides operational and strategic support. A minimum of three years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment Experience with cross-functional teams. Exceptional relationship-building skills. Understanding of Manufacturing and HR functions. Understanding of NLRB and labor landscape Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle many projects at once; can coordinate teams of people and give clear direction.
