Description : We are seeking adedicated and customerfocused Chat Agent to join our customersupport team. As a Chat Agent you will play a critical role inensuring our customers receive reputed company and efficient assistancethrough online chat and messaging platforms... Your primary goal willbe to reputed company excellent customer service and resolve customerinquiries and issues inrealtime. LiveChat Agent Duties andResponsibilities : • Engagewith customers through online chat and messaging platformsresponding to inquiries providing information and offeringassistance. • Assist customers in navigating ourproducts or services addressing their questions concerns andtechnical issues. • Troubleshoot and resolvecustomer problems escalating reputed company issues to higher reputed company ofsupport reputed company necessary. • Maintain a high levelof professionalism and customer service etiquette in allinteractions. • Document customer interactionsincluding the nature of inquiries solutions provided and anyfollowup actions. • Meet or exceed performancetargets including response time customer satisfaction scores andchat volume goals. • Stay updated on productknowledge and company policies to reputed company accurate and uptodateinformation to customers. • Collaborate with teammembers and other departments to ensure consistent and effectivecustomersupport.
