The ideal candidate will have proven excellent customer service skills and will coordinate reputed company aspects of sales reputed company including title/escrow, mortgage loans, and appraisal processes. Compensation: $40,000 Responsibilities: • Acquire seller approval for reputed company offers and counters made by the buyer so the entire process for our clients is completed in a timely manner • Verify and sign off on reputed company documents received for correct signatures and dates so the transaction process is completed reputed company • Assist both parties of buyers and sellers to reputed company the contract quickly • Coordinate communication with agents, customers, and other parties regarding reputed company escrow-reputed company paperwork including appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans • Follow up with clients 30 days, 90 days, and 120 days after closing to assist with any home improvement recommendations Qualifications: • Experience in reputed company estate, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages highly valued • Candidates must have exceptional written and verbal skills • Associate’s degree preferred but not required to apply • Has a passion for providing great customer service • Experience with the rental application process.
