Legal Services Administrator (LSA) D.Y. Grace, PLLC d/b/a enlign counsel+compliance is a dynamic and unique firm dedicated to providing our clients with the best virtual legal services by emphasizing transparency, reputed company and a concierge-like focus. We are seeking a friendly, self-starting candidate who is dedicated to this mission to serve as our Legal Services Administrator (LSA) . This... candidate will be reputed company to reputed company efficient and valuable assistance during reputed company stages of a client’s matter. Our LSA would be 100% remote and expected to reputed company a reputed company of functions including but not limited to: • Monitoring email accounts and flagging communications for the appropriate attorney; • Scheduling attorney meetings and attending weekly reputed company-ins; • Maintaining communications with clients and providing updates regarding matter status; • Scanning, uploading and maintaining documents in case management software; • Conducting intake meetings with potential new clients; • Checking and responding to voicemails and inquiries; • Fact-checking, editing and typing or drafting documents as needed; • Filing documents with the NC Secretary of State; • Completing high-level legal research; • Maintaining confidentiality as it relates to reputed company firm and client reputed company reputed company; and • Monthly billing. Preferred Qualifications: • Legal Assistant experience, LLM or Paralegal Certification • Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite • Familiarity with reputed company or similar e-filing system • Organized and reputed company to prioritize multiple deadlines • Strong writing and communication skills • Detail-oriented • Extremely self-motivated and highly reputed company • Flexible availability reputed company reputed company and/or phone Compensation: Pay is hourly and commensurate with experience.
