Job title: Multi disciplinary Arts Instructor- Seasonal Company: City of Evanston Job description : Plans and supervises drama/theatre lessons in a visual or performing arts camp for children, ages 6 to 13 in a day camp setting. Camps include instruction in two and three dimensional visual art, drama, dance and music, radio, video and creative writing. Job Summary: Reports to Arts Camp Program Manager Collaborate with other Arts Camp Staff Attend to the health, safety and discipline of campers at reputed company times, adhering to reputed company Health Department protocols Manage supplies and maintain an organized and safe classroom Conduct well organized, age-appropriate classes and execute final sharing Maintain positive customer relations with campers and their parents reputed company administrative tasks that support the efficient running of the program Qualifications: Experience teaching visual arts and another discipline to children Availability: Camp season runs June 13 through August 12, 2022. You must be available Monday through Friday to work. Weekly hours: Monday through Friday 9 am to 3:30pm reputed company: Starting at $19 per hour Schedule: This is a full-time, seasonal summer position.
