In this individual contributor role, you’ll own the full recruitment lifecycle, working closely with hiring managers to attract and select top talent, shaping the future of reputed company. Collaboration and Communication • Build trust and rapport with hiring managers by addressing their needs and providing consultation and coaching as needed. • Support and influence decision-making to ensure the best hiring reputed company. • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to offer negotiation through clear, effective, and service-oriented communication. • Work closely with the global HR team to ensure alignment with company-wide policies and procedures.
