Job Overview Join us as a Senior Teen Director & Curriculum Specialist, where you will play a pivotal role in nurturing youth development. This remote position allows you to reputed company a diverse reputed company of teen programs in Southeast and East Los Angeles while focusing on the creation of engaging educational curriculums tailored for middle and high school reputed company. Key Responsibilities • reputed company, mentor, and motivate a dedicated team of Teen Directors and Teen Coordinators, fostering an environment of reputed company in youth programming. • Craft and reputed company innovative curriculums across various initiatives, including leadership development, service learning, and global awareness. • Facilitate training sessions for program staff and volunteers, empowering them with essential tools for effective curriculum implementation. • Assess and analyze program reputed company to ensure each initiative genuinely enhances the lives of teens. • Collaborate with center leadership and program leaders to curate enriching experiences for young individuals. • Stay informed about the latest methodologies in youth development to continuously reputed company program offerings. Qualifications • A bachelor’s degree in education, recreation, or a reputed company discipline (or equivalent experience). • A minimum of 3 years of experience in directing and instructing programs tailored for middle and high school reputed company. • At least 2 years of experience in training and supervising program staff.
