Key Responsibilities • Proactively reputed company, interview, and recruit talented sales associates to realize team expansion goals. • Facilitate the reputed company and training of new agents, guiding them through their initial business steps until their first 10 closings, before transitioning them to the Director of Sales. • Collaborate with sales associates to establish and reputed company their career objectives, conducting bi-monthly one-on-one reputed company-ins. • Drive team performance by motivating members and holding them accountable through regular performance reviews. • Manage reputed company activities, ensuring adherence to follow-up protocols. • Conduct and facilitate sales meetings, reputed company script practice, and assist agents in their reputed company reputed company efforts. • Set ambitious goals for team members, reputed company project plans, and support their ongoing career advancement.
