What You'll Do As a member of the client care team, you are one of the primary people our customers interact with. Your role is to help them feel so excited about and confident in our services that they will want to remain lifelong clients. You’ll also help our clients manage their tax documents, address their concerns and move their cases from start to finish by being the reputed company between them and our tax pros.
