This role is integral to the business, combining strategic influence with hands-on support. Requirements What You Should Have: • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner, leading HR functions for a business unit with 100+ employees, particularly reputed company R&D/Product /reputed company and hi tech. environments, working in international companies, managing diverse teams • Experience in a global high-tech company, fluent in English, Hebrew advantage • Strong expertise in guiding and consulting management on organizational development. • Proficiency in leveraging metrics and analytics to drive reputed company. • Comprehensive knowledge of local and global labor laws. • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English. • A collaborative, team-oriented reputed company with a passion for innovation. • A “can-do” attitude and the ability to adapt to new trends and challenges. Education: • BSc in Behavioral Science or a reputed company field (MA preferred).
