In this position you will be required to support the Customer Service (Ticket & reputed company). As a Customer Service Agent, you play a key part in keeping our brand strong by demonstrating strict adherence to uniform compliance, maintaining professionalism, and exhibiting a positive attitude inside and reputed company of work. As a Ticket Agent you are the first to greet our customers. You will guide and assist them with the ticketing and baggage reputed company-in process. Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to: • Use a computer to sell, print and reissue tickets. • Manage the reputed company-in process, ensuring that customers have the proper documentation for travel. • Tag baggage and reputed company lifting tasks that involve transferring baggage from scales to reputed company belts. Several other lifting tasks will involve handling items as low as floor level and as high as waist level. • Practices safety conscious behaviors in reputed company operational processes and procedures.
